What are the 2025 Annual Meeting attendance options?

The 2025 Annual Meeting will be a wholly in-person meeting in Nashville. There is no virtual attendance option.

What is the best way to get to the Gaylord Opryland?

The Gaylord Opryland is 8 miles from Nashville International Airport - a less than 10-minute car ride.

You can also travel to the hotel by Nashville MTA buses by taking a line 18 bus from the airport and connecting to a line 34 bus.

What is the weather like in Nashville in May?

Will there be any activities for children?

The ACMS will not have any activities or care available for children during the Annual Meeting, but there are many activities and attractions in and around Nashville. For more information on things to do in and around the city, check out the Visit Music City website. Please note: No one under the age of 18 is allowed in general sessions, special events, or the Exhibit Hall at any time.

Is the Diagnostic Quality Control Exam being offered with the Annual Meeting?

As of 2022, the digital DQC Exam will no longer be offered as part of the ACMS Annual Meeting.
