Exhibitor Registration
If you have not reserved a booth yet, please review our Exhibitor Prospectus that covers important details on exhibiting at our ACMS & ASMH Annual Meetings. Please be sure to view the Support Opportunities shown on page 8.
All companies and organizations participating in the Annual Meetings must align with the American College of Mohs Surgery’s mission and techniques to promote and enhance the highest standards of patient care.
Exhibitor and Sponsor Benefits Overview
Booth Rental Fees
- 10’ x 10’ standard booth: $4,500
- 10’ x 10’ corner booth: $5,500
- 10’ x 20’ double corner booth: $10,000 ~ Subject to availability
Booth Rental Fee Includes
- 10’ x 10’ (include 10’ backdrop and 3’ side draperies)
- One (1) skirted 6’ table
- Two (2) chairs
- One (1) wastebasket
- One (1) I.D. sign
- Four (4) exhibitor badges, which permit entry into the exhibit hall, badges will not include access to any education sessions.
- Additional exhibitor-attendee badges are $450 each (maximum limit of 8 badges per exhibiting company)
- Pre-registration & post-registration attendee list (for one-time use; materials sent must be pre-approved by ACMS/ASMH)
Booth Badge Policy
All badges will be picked up on site at the exhibitor registration area and must be worn during the exhibiting hours listed. All booth attendees must be wearing a badge. If a booth attendee is present without a badge, they must register for a badge at the registration desk.
