Support Benefits Overview

In addition to Final Program ads and website recognition, there are a number of a la carte support opportunities available to fit your goals and budget. Please contact exhibits@mohscollege.org to communicate your interest.

 

New Support Opportunities This Year

Breaks

ACMS Refreshment Breaks
$5,000 per break (Max 5 sponsors, limit 2 breaks per sponsor)

As a supporter of one of ACMS’s scheduled breaks, your company will be represented with signage amongst the refreshment tables along with the opportunity to distribute educational materials. Both morning and afternoon refreshment breaks will be listed within the daily schedule. Educational hand outs available at/near serving stations. Sponsors will also be noted in the final program with their assigned break. Please note, all educational materials must be provided by sponsor and approved by ACMS staff.

ASMH Refreshment Breaks
$5,000 per break (Max 4 sponsors, limit 2 breaks per sponsor)

As a supporter of one of ASMH’s refreshment breaks, your company will be represented through signage amongst the refreshment tables along with the opportunity to distribute educational materials. Please note, these breaks will not take place within the exhibit hall. ASMH refreshments will be served outside of the ASMH Plenary Session room on Level M. Educational hand outs will be available at/near serving stations. Sponsors will also be noted in the final program with their assigned break. Please note, all educational materials must be provided by sponsor and approved by ACMS staff.

Lunches

ACMS Sponsored Lunches
$20,000 per day (Max 2 sponsors, limit 1 sponsor per day)

Lunch will be provided on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday in the exhibit hall for ACMS members. As a supporter of the ACMS lunches, your company will be identified on signage in the exhibit hall and in the final program. You will also be able to hand out educational materials near the food stations. Please note, each supporter is responsible for providing their own educational materials and must be approved by ACMS staff. If possible, food stations may be strategically placed near the supporter’s booth.

ASMH Sponsored Lunches
$12,000 per day (Max 2 sponsors, limit 1 sponsor per day)

ASMH lunches will be served Friday and Saturday outside of the ASMH Plenary Session on Level M. As a supporter of the ASMH lunches, your company will be identified on signage near the serving tables and in the final program, along with the opportunity to distribute educational handouts near the food stations. Please note, sponsors are responsible for providing their own educational materials and must be approved by ACMS staff.

Receptions

ACMS Grand Opening and Welcome Reception Sponsor
$20,000 (Max 1 sponsor)

The Exhibit Hall Grand Opening and Welcome Reception takes place on Thursday, May 15 in the exhibit hall. Here, over 1,300 attendees will enjoy hors d’oeuvres, a variety of beverages, and have a chance to network with colleagues and exhibitors. Sponsorship will include signage, the opportunity to distribute educational handouts, and a verbal thank you. Educational handouts will be available near the reception. Sponsor is responsible for providing their own education materials and must be approved by ACMS staff.

ASMH Networking Reception Sponsor
$10,000 (Max 1 sponsor)

The ASMH Networking Reception takes place on Friday, May 16 in the exhibit hall. Here, over 200 histotechnicians will enjoy hors d’oeuvres, select beverages, and a chance to network with colleagues and exhibitors. Sponsorship will include signage, the opportunity to distribute educational handouts, and a verbal thank you. Educational handouts will be available near the reception. Sponsor is responsible for providing their own education materials and must be approved by ACMS staff.

ACMS President's Reception Sponsor
$20,000 (Max 1 sponsor)

The ACMS President’s Reception takes place on Saturday, May 17. This is the final reception of the Annual Meeting celebrating the President, the Annual Meeting, and all the Mohs surgeons who attend and contribute to the success of the College. Please note, this reception takes place after the exhibit hall closes, yet your company will receive further exposure at this prestigious event. Food and a variety of beverages are provided for all attendees in addition to amenities such as music and photo opportunities. Sponsorship will include signage and a verbal thank you at the reception. Represent your company at this exclusive celebration at the 2025 Annual Meeting.

 

Support Opportunities

Workshop and Product Demonstration Offerings

Product Theater
$35,000 (Max 2 sponsors)

Product demonstrations, preapproved by ACMS and/ or ASMH, will be held at a time to be determined. Pledge forms for this support category must be accompanied by a description of the product and/or service to be demonstrated. ACMS/ASMH reserve the right to refuse product demonstration proposals. Contributors’ non-product related signs announcing their participation in the product demonstration sessions will be placed at the entrance of the session room. (Signs provided by supporter but must be pre-approved by ACMS and/or ASMH. Maximum four signs. Maximum sign dimensions: 3 feet x 4 feet.)

Sponsored Symposium
$45,000 (Max 1 sponsor)

Designed to give you greater visibility while reaching a targeted audience. Companies are given the opportunity to present a two-hour sales/marketing presentation over dinner or a reception allowing attendees to hear the latest about your product or service. Programs will be scheduled for an evening to be determined. The fee for non-exhibiting companies is $55,000.

Fellows-In-Training Hands-On Cutaneous Flap Workshop
$15,000 (Max 1 sponsor)

In this highly sought-after workshop, Fellows-in-Training receive invaluable hands-on practice on how to perform multiple skin flaps on surgical training models and gain individualized knowledge by working alongside experienced Mohs surgeons. Contributors’ non-product-related signs announcing their sponsorship will be placed at the entrance of the workshop room. (Signs provided by sponsor but must be pre-approved by ACMS. Maximum four signs. Maximum sign dimensions: 3 feet x 4 feet.)

This essential item will be distributed at registration and will be specially printed with the supporter’s logo, the ACMS logo, and an outline of the human face for use in visual demonstrations by meeting attendees.

Combined Registration Sponsorship Items

ACMS Registration Packet and ASMH Bag Inserts
$2,500

This is an opportunity for exhibitors and corporate supporters to double their exposure by having a flier or small promotional item placed in the registration packets and bags of all attendees. Inserts must be submitted via email for preapproval by the ACMS/ASMH by February 26, 2025. Supporters will be responsible for supplying the necessary number of supplies for each bag. Inserts must be received by Friday, March 28, 2025.

Hotel Key Cards and Key Card Holder Bundle
$11,000 (Max 1 sponsor)

Expand your company’s exposure with custom designed hotel key cards and key card holders. All meeting attendees staying at the Gaylord Opryland Resort will receive sponsor-branded room key cards with a sponsored keycard holder that shares program information and event space maps. Key cards and holders are distributed at check-in by hotel staff. (Sponsor must work with hotel and third party vendor, PLI, to have key cards created and printed to specification. Design must be approved by ACMS staff prior to printing.)

Annual Meeting App Sponsorship
$3,000 (Max 3 sponsors, limit 1 sponsor per day)

Expand your company’s digital footprint by sponsoring our Cvent meeting app. At our 2024 Annual Meeting, our meeting app received a quarter of a million page views. Sponsorship includes a page banner and a custom link card, all designed to direct attendees toward your booth and to learn more about your organization.

Final Program Advertising

The digital final program will be distributed to all ACMS and ASMH attendees via email, through QR codes onsite, and on the ACMS and ASMH Annual Meeting websites. Rates for advertising in the ACMS and ASMH programs are listed below.

Exhibit Hall Scavenger Hunt

This new activity is designed to bring Annual Meeting attendees straight to your exhibit booth. Attendees will receive a handout at the registration desk and use it to collect stickers from at least 12 exhibitors to enter a raffle to win a prize of your choosing. We ask that each exhibitor donate a relevant prize of at least $50 in value for the raffle. The raffle will close with the Exhibit Hall on Saturday, May 17 at 4 p.m. with the winners announced the following week. More details will be provided after registration is approved.
