Does my attendance at the 2021 Virtual Annual Meeting count towards my meeting attendance requirement for membership?

Does attending the 2022 Annual Meeting, either in-person or virtually, count towards my meeting attendance requirement for membership?
Yes, whether attending in-person or virtually, attendance at the 2022 Annual Meeting counts towards the "one (1) of three (3) consecutive Annual Meetings of the College." membership requirement.
Note: the ACMS Bylaws state that Fellow, Associate and International Affiliate members "must attend at least one (1) of three (3) consecutive Annual Meetings of the College." (Article III. Section 3.2.a; 3.2.b.)
What are the current 2022 Annual Meeting attendance options?
Attendees have the option to attend either in-person or virtually. Confirm your preferred attendance method when registering.
Does Philadelphia, PA have COVID-19 vaccine mandates?
On December 13, 2021, the City of Philadelphia passed a vaccine mandate that applies to all establishments that sell food or drinks for consumption. All attendees must be fully vaccinated (two doses of either Pfizer or Moderna or a single dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine).

Will there be any activities for children?
The ACMS will not have any activities or care available for children during the Annual Meeting, but there are many activities and attractions in and around Philadelphia. Please note: No one under the age of 18 is allowed in general sessions, special events, or the Exhibit Hall at any time.
Is the Diagnostic Quality Control Exam being offered with the Annual Meeting?
As of 2022, the digital DQC Exam will no longer be offered as part of the ACMS Annual Meeting.
To replace this program, the newly formed Excellence in Pathology Committee is transitioning to a Pathology Question of the Week which will continue the success of the Board Review Question of the Week. More information on this program will be released in the near future, and the program is expected to begin around the time of the Annual Meeting.
