The 2024 ACMS Annual Meeting will be a wholly in-person meeting May 2-5 in Phoenix, Arizona. Register using the buttons below or read on for additional meeting details.

On-site Registration
Pre-registration must be received by the ACMS office on or before April 8, 2024. The office will not accept any registrations after April 8 and will require you to register and pay on-site. The Registration Desk will be open at the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown the following days and times (subject to change):
- Wednesday, May 1: 1:00 – 6:00 pm
- Thursday, May 2: 6:30 am – 5:00 pm
- Friday, May 3: 6:30 am – 5:00 pm
- Saturday, May 4: 6:30 am – 4:00 pm
Cancellations and Refunds
Registration fees, minus a $200 administration fee, will be refunded upon written notice of cancellation if the request is received at the ACMS office no later than February 28, 2024. Email info@mohscollege.org or fax (414) 276-2146. Refunds will not be given after that date.
Space Requests
To reserve function space within the ACMS hotel block at the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown, groups must first complete a function space request form to be approved by the ACMS. Please submit one form for each function. Following approval, the ACMS will provide a hotel contact to work with regarding any food/beverage or AV needs. Private social events proposed in conflict with any official Annual Meeting session or activity will not be allowed. Space will not be released by the ACMS after February 28, 2024.

- Hotel check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am
- Self-parking: $30 per day
- Valet parking: $40 per day
Limited rooms remain at the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown for the American College of Mohs Surgery's annual meeting. Rooms are sold out on Tuesday, April 30 and Wednesday, May 1. If you have not already registered for the meeting and booked your room, you are encouraged to do so at your earliest opportunity. Transportation from Airport
From the airport: Head west on Sky Harbor Boulevard toward Interstate 10 West. Merge onto I-10 West via the ramp to Downtown/State Highway 51. Take Exit 145A for 7th Street. Turn left on 7th Street and travel south for 0.5 miles to Fillmore Street. Turn right onto Fillmore Street to 3rd Street. Turn left on 3rd Street. The hotel will be on the right.
