Does my attendance at the 2023 Annual Meeting, either in-person or virtually, count towards my meeting attendance requirement for membership?

Yes, whether you attended in-person or virtually, attendance at the 2023 Annual Meeting counts towards the "one (1) of three (3) consecutive Annual Meetings of the College" membership requirement.

Note: the ACMS Bylaws state that Fellow, Associate and International Affiliate members "must attend at least one (1) of three (3) consecutive Annual Meetings of the College." (Article III. Section 3.2.a; 3.2.b.)

What are the 2024 Annual Meeting attendance options?

The 2024 Annual Meeting will be a wholly in-person meeting in Phoenix.

What is the best way to get to the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown?

The Sheraton Phoenix Downtown is just 4 miles from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.

From the airport: Head west on Sky Harbor Boulevard toward Interstate 10 West. Merge onto I-10 West via the ramp to Downtown/State Highway 51.Take Exit 145A for 7th Street.Turn left on 7th Street and travel south for 0.5 miles to Fillmore Street. Turn right onto Fillmore Street to 3rd Street. Turn left on 3rd Street. The hotel will be on the right.

Will there be any activities for children?

The ACMS will not have any activities or care available for children during the Annual Meeting, but there are many activities and attractions in and around Phoenix. For more information on things to do in and around the city, check out the Visit Phoenix website. Please note: No one under the age of 18 is allowed in general sessions, special events, or the Exhibit Hall at any time.

Is the Diagnostic Quality Control Exam being offered with the Annual Meeting?

As of 2022, the digital DQC Exam will no longer be offered as part of the ACMS Annual Meeting.
