Meeting Registration
Registration is now closed
Annual Meeting registration will be processed on-site at the Registration Desk. In order to register at the member rate, your 2018 dues must be paid. Please pay 2018 dues here or call the ACMS Office at (800) 500-7224. Member dues will not be processed on-site.
Cancellations and Refunds
Registration fees, minus a $200 administration fee, will be refunded upon written notice of cancellation if the request is received at the ACMS office no later than February 28, 2018. Email info@mohscollege.org or fax (414) 276-2146. Refunds will not be given after that date.
Space Requests
To reserve function space within the ACMS hotel block at the Hilton Chicago, groups must first complete a function space request form to be approved by the ACMS. Please submit one form for each function. Following approval, the ACMS will provide a hotel contact to work with regarding any food/beverage or AV needs. Private social events proposed in conflict with any official Annual Meeting session or activity will not be allowed. Space will not be released by the ACMS after February 28, 2018. Hotel check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 pm.
The ACMS secured the reduced nightly base room rate of $249 for single/double occupancy. Rates are subject to a 17.4% hotel occupancy tax.
The reduced group rate is available only through Friday, March 30, 2018 or until sold out. Reservation requests after the cut-off date will be based on availability at the group rate. *As of 3/26/2018, the Hilton Chicago is sold out. As a courtesy, a small block of rooms have been made available at the Palmer House Hilton for ACMS Annual Meeting attendees. Book at the Palmer House Hilton or call (877) 865-5321 for reservations.
